By using our services — including exterior washes, interior services, oil changes, fleet accounts, gift cards, wash codes, and Benny's Club memberships — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the vehicle being serviced.

Benny's Car Wash provides exterior car washes, interior detailing services, oil changes, fleet accounts, and related products across our locations. Service availability, pricing, and offerings may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

Some vehicles cannot be safely serviced due to size, modifications, or condition. Please review our Vehicle Restrictions page before visiting. Benny's is not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket accessories, or loosely affixed parts (antennas, mirrors, wipers, trim, racks, and similar items) that may be affected during service.

Benny's Club is a recurring membership program billed automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle until you cancel.

• •Memberships may be canceled at any time; charges continue until cancellation is processed before your next billing date, and you may continue washing through the remainder of your paid period.
• •Memberships are tied to a specific vehicle but may be transferred to a different vehicle upon request.
• •No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• •The mobile number you provide is used for account and service messages that support your membership (verification codes, billing notices, and membership updates). Promotional texts and emails are optional, opt-in only, and never required to purchase. See our Messaging Terms and Privacy Policy.

Gift cards, wash codes, and prepaid memberships are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards are redeemable at all Benny's Car Wash locations, do not expire, and are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed. They carry no implied warranties, cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law, and must be presented at time of use. Gift cards cannot be applied toward auto-billed or prepaid items and are not valid for online purchases at bennyscarwash.com.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for the services and products you purchase, including recurring membership charges. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Benny's reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any vehicle that poses a safety risk to our equipment, staff, or other customers, and to any individual displaying inappropriate, abusive, or demeaning conduct toward our team members.

When you use bennyscarwash.com, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials confidential, and use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site to transmit harmful or unlawful content.

All content on our website — including our name, logo, graphics, and text — is the property of Benny's Car Wash and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we take pride in the quality of our work, Benny's makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of our services beyond what is described in our Lube Service Guarantee where applicable. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benny's Car Wash and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability for damage to your vehicle directly caused by our negligence during service, which is handled in accordance with our standard claims process — please contact us within 24 hours of your visit to report an issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold Benny's Car Wash harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services or website.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or services (such as payment processors or social media platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Benny's Car Wash. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
