Our Guarantee
Any of the services performed on your vehicle will be performed in a professional manner, free from defects in materials and workmanship — or you will receive an immediate re-service at no charge. We commit to performing the service again to minimize inconvenience and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Warranty Duration
3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first — calculated from the date and vehicle mileage listed on the work order.
What's Covered
- ✓ All services in the 14-point service and inspection
- ✓ All parts and materials listed on the work order
- ✓ Three months or 3,000 miles of coverage from the service date
Exclusions
- × Repairs performed before written notification to the service center
- × Services declined by the customer that are required for proper operation
- × Loss of vehicle use, time, wages, inconvenience, or consequential damages
- × Vehicles with pre-existing conditions not serviced by Benny’s
- × Warranty given in lieu of any expressed or implied warranty
Warranty Authorization Requirements
- 1Vehicle inspection by a Benny’s manager or Claims Coordinator
- 2Original invoice copy
- 3Work orders, samples, or parts (if repairs by outside providers)
- 4Completed Damage Claim Form or prior contact proof before outside repairs
- 5Vehicle service history documentation (at Benny’s discretion)
- 6Proof of ownership (registration, bill of sale, or title)
