REFUND POLICY
We want every visit to be a great one. If something didn't meet your expectations, here's how we handle refunds across our different services.
Exterior Washes & Interior Services
Services become non-refundable once rendered. Dissatisfied customers may contact management within 24 hours to request either a complimentary re-wash or a wash credit.
Club Memberships
Monthly charges continue until cancellation occurs before the next billing date. Members may continue washing through their paid period. No prorated or partial refunds will be issued. Refunds for the most recent charge are available within 30 days if membership benefits (fuel/oil discounts) remain unused. Unused time beyond the refund window converts to wash credit instead.
Wash Credits
Management or administration may offer credits via gift card, wash code(s), or extended membership time at their discretion.
Gift Cards & Prepaid Items
These are explicitly non-refundable. Gift cards work at all venues; wash codes suit any vehicle; memberships transfer to different vehicles — but refunds cannot be issued for any of these products.
Service Refusal
Benny’s reserves the right to decline service to individuals displaying inappropriate or demeaning conduct toward staff members.
